Our prezentation is about The first artyfical satelite of The Earth. It is about sputnik 1

It Has The shape of Ball 58 cm in diameter. there were two transmitters Inside.

The USSR leader wanted a rocket that dropped a bomb into Washington, USA

But the main deigner of sputnik 1 did not want to create danderous weapons. he wanted to explore the cosmos

-He promised the Moscow commission that the production of the R-7 rocket, which was supposed to carry nuclear weapons, would not be delayed. but that an artificial satellite was a good way to put out Americans

-Sputnik was launched on October 16, 1957, at 10:20 PM local time. The launch was to take place at night because American spy planes were flying over the USSR during the day. (32-60)
